LetterToHer is built around one promise: your messages are delivered only when the time is truly right — never by accident.
1. Gentle check-ins
On a schedule you choose, we send a simple note asking you to confirm you’re okay. One tap keeps everything paused.
2. Patient reminders
If you don’t respond, we wait and send further reminders. A single missed check-in never triggers anything.
3. Trusted contacts
Only after several missed check-ins do we gently reach out to the trusted people you’ve chosen, to help confirm whether you’re okay. They never see your messages.
4. A waiting period
Even then, a configured waiting period must pass, and your safeguards are re-checked against live information before anything moves forward.
5. Human review
Before any legacy message is released, a person reviews the case. Delivery is never fully automatic.
6. Careful delivery
Only once every safeguard has passed do your recipients receive a private, secure link to the words you left for them.
